Product Manager

Who are we?

We’re a warm, welcoming and professional team dedicated to building tools that help connect groups within organizations to foster meaningful connection and shared learning and growth. Our main tool is a virtual meeting space built with features that support these goals by creating Circles, small peer groups who meet regularly to have meaningful conversations and to help each other learn and grow..

What is the role?

Are you interested in technology that helps people to really connect with others and promotes shared learning? Do you want to work with a diverse group of people from around the world who are building products with this goal in mind?

As we expand our offerings to more clients, we’re looking for someone to work closely as part of an agile, cross-functional team. You will be coordinating with software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support and manage our processes.

Your role would include:

  • Product Process: To identify and implement tools and systems to support the product process. This includes cross company-processes, gathering and maintaining of customer feedback and feature requirements, competitive feature analysis, and tracking the usage and business benefits of features.
  • Quality Assurance & User Acceptance: To manage the QA process, run the QA team and handle user acceptance testing.
  • Project Management: To manage integration partner projects, including gathering requirements and liaising with partners for feedback and QA.

What do we need?

We are building a new team in Buenos Aires to work alongside our existing operations staff based there. Applicants should either be residents or have an existing work visa.

Our team is global, with groups in the USA, Europe, Argentina, and Oceania so the role requires an ability to work remotely and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

We are flexible with working hours and we try to encourage a healthy work-life balance, but because of the different time zones our team works from you may be required to work in the evening from time to time.

Experience with product and project management tools and processes, and handling QA and feedback is important.

In a world of physical distance, circles facilitate authentic human connection.

In a circle, 3-12 participants contribute equally, share openly, and push each other to act.

We spent years with academics and practitioners, honing best practices and building a technology platform. Our circles have helped scale peer learning, sustain manager and leadership development, move live training online, onboard new employees, support career development, teach collaboration, and build community.

We’ve been grateful for the support and the referrals from our large corporate partners, schools, and communities who have been hiring us to help design, facilitate and manage Circles programs.

In order to keep up with the interest in our system and technology, please help us understand your needs by answering a few questions.
