Operations Team Intern

The Work

To empower different organizations and people to successfully work with the Circl.es Fundamentals whilst making sure we learn from their usage and feedback to further improve the services and resources we offer.

The Role

In your role as an intern of the Operations Team, you will be closely working alongside a member of the team, taking on more tasks independently as you become familiar with how we work. Most of these tasks will focus on the following areas:

Program management – Make sure existing clients have what they need to work well

Provide them with data and information about platform usage and project progress.
Check in and learn about their upcoming plans
Support the onboarding process of new clients through orientation and training sessions
Several administrative tasks including database management, email campaigns and creation of communication plans.
Tech support for bigger events (via phone and live chat).

Management of free users – Make sure people that use the platform for free have a great time and generate useful information for Circl.es

Review data on sign-ups and usage
Gather user feedback via email
Review feedback and report out to the team
Create instructional materials for our resource centre
Troubleshoot with users who encounter technical difficulties.

Who you are

You’re based in Barcelona or are thinking about moving to Barcelona in the near future.
You are available to work 25-40 hrs/week (depending on agreement) from February 1st – April 30th (3 months).
Your English is at a professional level (high), and you have good verbal and written communication skills.
You are a natural learner with a growth mindset. Ask for advice, make mistakes, talk about them openly and laugh about them together. This is how we roll.
You are curious about what it is like to work in a young tech start-up company.
You’re a great team player and enjoy learning from others while helping them to succeed.
You have affinity with or are at least interested in working with tech.
You appreciate flexible hours (keep in mind the unusual hours due to different time zones). This internship might require you to work in the evening sometimes (i.e. 3 pm – 11 pm CET).
You are interested in possibly working with us in the future.
