Why should I join a circle?

Alone we fail.
Together we succeed.

Have you ever faced a problem that left you thinking, “I can’t be the first person to have gone through this - there must be someone that has solved this before me”?

Have you ever felt alone while going through a rough patch and wished you had more support to help you through?   Have you ever felt that you are the bottleneck and that your decisions make or break your future?

Maybe you feel you need to keep learning, but the 16-week workshop is over. How will you keep going? How will you avoid reinventing the wheel all day long?   You are too smart to get stuck in that rut again… hope is not a strategy. With so many talented and experienced people out there, you don’t have to go it alone.

Many CEOs and successful entrepreneurs spend thousands of dollars to join advisory groups where their peers help them navigate challenges and enjoy the collective wisdom of the community. That’s part of why they seem so brilliant. For most professionals, that sort of support has been out of reach. Until now.

“We are drowning in information while starving for wisdom”  – E.O. Wilson

The benefits of joining a circle

A confidential forum to discuss issues you can’t comfortably share with colleagues or even family and friends
Help you to stay motivated and discover the path that you may need to take
Provide you with a wealth of knowledge and resources
Feedback from real experiences to avoid reinventing wheels
Introduce you to supportive advocates of your achievements who will be there for you every step of your journey
Provide you with constructive feedback and a supportive network where you can feel comfortable discussing the hurdles you are facing
Improvement with storytelling, listening, feedback, learning, problem-solving, and other “soft” skills
Access to diverse viewpoints about your most important challenges

A circle offers you the support and encouragement that will help you excel

Circles helps you grow and become better at dealing with professional and personal challenges by matching you with 7 other peers that have similar challenges. They will be your own personal advisory board.

Your circle is a confidential group that will help you solve problems, avoid reinventing the wheel, amplify your knowledge and networks, give and receive help and deepen your relationship and learning skills.

Think of it as a safe, trusted place where you can have the sorts of conversations you may not be comfortable having with your colleagues, friends, partners, or even your family. It’s a place where you can explore ideas, share experiences, challenge your assumptions, and give or get valuable feedback.

The circles meetings happen online, for 60-90 minutes every other week, in our custom built meeting room. The first meetings are led by a Circles trained facilitator, a guide, who eventually fades into the background as the group jells.

Innovative online technology meets old school offline conversation

We’ve put together the best people we could find to build the technology, not only new school technology, like the online meeting room, but also old school technology, like how to have a great conversation, how to ask questions that go beyond the BS, to make sure that you get the best possible return on your time.
